Funding options
We work with your funding
Prince Lane Allied Health works with a range of funding options to make physiotherapy accessible. Here's everything you need to know.
NDIS
We are not a registered NDIS provider. We can support plan-managed and self-managed participants only.
We welcome plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider, which means we are unable to work with agency-managed participants.
Physiotherapy falls under Support Category 15 — Improved Daily Living. Your plan coordinator or support coordinator can help you access this funding.
Please contact us to discuss your situation and how we can support your goals.
Medicare
We accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals from your GP. These plans provide a Medicare rebate for up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year.
Please note we do not bulk bill. A gap payment will apply after the Medicare rebate is applied.
Speak to your GP about whether an EPC plan is right for you.
Private health insurance
We accept all major private health funds. Rebates vary depending on your level of extras cover and your fund.
We recommend checking with your fund prior to your appointment to understand your entitlements for physiotherapy.
HICAPS is available at our clinics for on-the-spot claiming.
Private pay
No referral is needed to see us privately. We welcome self-referred clients of all ages.
Contact us to discuss our current fee schedule and payment options.
Aged care
We work with clients accessing Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). Physiotherapy can be included as part of your care plan.
Please speak with your care coordinator or contact us directly to discuss how we can support you.
